The Company was formed by Daniel M. Gottlieb and Steven D. Lebowitz who own and control the day-to-day operations of the Company. Both Messrs. Gottlieb and Lebowitz have over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry including over 10 years of experience with respect to the ownership, operation and financing of senior care facilities. Initially conceived as a bridge lender for senior care facilities, the Company funded 13 loans and over $50 Million.

The Company specializes in buying distressed senior care facilities and returning them to profitability without sacrificing the quality of care at the facilities. The Company accomplishes this through the replacement of the management of the facility with a top local management company and targeted capital expenditures. The Company has been opportunistic in regards to acquisitions and sales, having sold five Assisted Living Facilities within the past three years. The Company also has extensive experience in the financing of senior care facilities, including the funding of HUD-insured mortgages. Over the past six years, the Company has obtained five HUD-insured mortgages.
